Samson Pro-Set-3 Nylon Rope White

Samson Pro-Set-3 is a premium 3-strand nylon rope. It is a twisted line for anchoring, docking, mooring and general working use. Samson makes it in four stages to resist shrinkage, snagging and hockling, and to maximize strength, durability and flexibility. It is sold as bulk rope, so you can buy the length you need for dock lines, anchor rode, mooring pendants and utility lines.

Key Features:

• 3-strand, 4-stage construction made from nylon fiber
• Nylon's natural elasticity gives excellent shock mitigation. This helps absorb the loads that waves, wind and surge put on deck hardware.
• Built to resist hockling, snagging and shrinkage
• Stays flexible with use, so it is easy to handle, coil and tie off
• Class I 3-strand splice, so it is easy to splice for eyes and end-to-end splices
• Nylon fiber with a specific gravity of 1.14

Typical Applications:

• Vessel mooring and dock lines
• Anchor lines
• Secondary mooring lines
• General working lines and hand lines
• Shock lines, tug pendants and winch lines
