Sierra Silverado Marine Fuel Hose

Sierra Silverado marine fuel hose is a low-permeation outboard fuel line (fuel hose) for boat fuel systems. It is made for above-deck primer bulb assemblies and can also serve as a small diesel feed line. It is EPA and CARB compliant, and it is resistant to ethanol-blended fuels.

Key Features:

• THV barrier layer: a non-permeable barrier that greatly reduces fuel vapor permeation while staying flexible
• Polyester reinforcement: adds strength to the hose
• CPE cover: resists weather and UV exposure
• Gray cover: helps the hose run cooler and reduces the risk of vapor lock
• Compact, flexible design: small outside diameter that is easy to route and clamp
• Ethanol resistant: suited to ethanol-blended marine fuels
• Standard: meets SAE J1527 Type B1-15

Installation Notes: Use fittings sized for the hose. Oversized barbs can damage the barrier layer. Use an oil-based lubricant for assembly, because silicone is not recommended. Sierra recommends Oetiker stepless ear clamps or worm drive clamps. Do not use wire ties or spring tension clamps. Do not over-tighten worm drive clamps. This hose is not fire retardant.

Sierra Silverado marine fuel hose is a durable, ethanol-compatible choice for outboard fuel line replacement and rigging projects.
