Seachoice Red Heat Shrink Tubing With Adhesive Seal

Seachoice heat shrink tubing with adhesive seal (also called adhesive-lined or dual-wall heat shrink tubing) is made for sealing and protecting wire splices, terminals and cable ends in marine and other harsh environments. It is made from marine-grade, flexible polyolefin. Once heated, it shrinks tightly around the connection and forms a complete environmental seal.

Key Features:

• 3:1 shrink ratio lets the tubing fit snugly over irregular shapes and larger connectors.
• Built-in adhesive liner melts and flows during heating to create a moisture-resistant seal.
• Marine-grade polyolefin is flexible and durable.
• Flame retardant material adds a margin of safety.
• Corrosion protection, insulation and abrasion resistance: the sealed tubing helps prevent corrosion, improves electrical insulation and resists mechanical wear.
• Wide operating temperature range of -55°C to 110°C suits demanding environments.

Use it for boat wiring repairs, new electronics installations, and general automotive, RV and powersports electrical work. Slide the tubing over the connection and apply heat evenly until it shrinks and the adhesive seals the ends.
