Pettit Paint Vivid Antifouling 1 Gallon

Pettit Paint Vivid is a hybrid, multi-season, dual-biocide antifouling bottom paint. It protects the hull below the waterline from barnacles, algae, slime and other marine growth. Vivid combines the advantages of ablative and hard bottom paints. It also comes in bright, clean colors, which are unusual for bottom paint.

Key Features:

• Hybrid technology that combines the benefits of ablative and hard antifouling paints
• Dual-biocide formula (cuprous thiocyanate and zinc pyrithione) for multi-season protection in a wide range of water conditions
• Hard, smooth finish that withstands trailering, rack storage and repeated haul-outs and launches without loss of protection
• Can be burnished to a slick, high-performance racing finish
• Thin-film application that resists paint buildup
• Can be used on aluminum hulls and outdrives when applied over the recommended primer system
• Can be applied by brush, roller, airless spray or conventional spray
• Flat finish with 83% solids by weight and a maximum VOC of 330 g/L
• For use below the waterline only

Vivid suits racing, trailered and rack-stored boats, as well as boats kept in the water. Apply it in thin coats over a properly prepared surface and the recommended primer system.
