The Edelbrock AVS2 Carburetor series is the next generation of Edelbrock's performance carburetors. It is built for improved idle, off-idle, and cruising performance as well as strong power at full throttle. Edelbrock designs, manufactures, assembles, and calibrates these carburetors in the USA.

Key Features:

• Annular flow boosters: A ring of eight evenly spaced orifices replaces the single down-leg fuel feed. It improves fuel atomization and metering from idle through the main circuit, and it helps eliminate flat spots and improve throttle response.
• Air valve secondary: The Qwik-Tune adjustable secondary air valve lets you fine-tune the secondary circuit with simple hand tools.
• Two-piece design for easy tuning: You can adjust the float level or replace internal components without removing the carburetor from the engine.
• Easy part-throttle tuning: Metering rods and springs can be changed quickly, and the carburetor holds its tune once it is set.
• Leak-resistant, lightweight construction: The aluminum body has no gaskets below the fuel bowl level.
• Calibrated for today's fuels: Updated booster clusters use calibration suited to modern fuels and octane levels.
