Ordered the product on a Friday at about 11am, the product arrived the following Monday at noon from PA, to KS! The shipping was free, no sales tax, and the product was $65.00 less expensive here. Called customer service prior to ordering to verify a couple of things before ordering, and the experience was excellent! Had problems using the search tool so I called direct. They helped locate Air Lift shocks I needed and told me that I.E. browser is sometimes a problem. They were helpful and my items got shipped the next business day.
