3M 05591 Stikit Disc Hand Pad for Contour Sanding

The 3M 05591 Stikit™ Disc Hand Pad is a purpose-built hand sanding tool designed to work seamlessly with 3M Stikit pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) sanding discs. It provides a comfortable, controlled grip for manual sanding applications where power tools are impractical or too aggressive.

Unlike bare-finger sanding, this hand pad distributes pressure evenly across the disc surface, eliminating the uneven finger marks and hot spots that can leave visible impressions in painted or primed surfaces. Its flexible, conformable construction allows it to follow curved panels, body contours, and compound shapes with ease.

Key Features:

• Compatible with 3M Stikit PSA adhesive-backed sanding discs for quick disc changes
• Eliminates finger marks by distributing hand pressure evenly across the sanding surface
• Excellent conformability for use on contours, curves, and complex body shapes
• Compact hand-held design provides precise control during finish sanding and blending
• Durable construction built to withstand repeated use in bodywork and refinishing applications
• Lightweight design reduces hand fatigue during extended sanding sessions

The 3M 05591 Stikit Disc Hand Pad is ideal for automotive bodywork preparation, paint blending, and surface finishing where a smooth, mark-free result is required. It is a standard tool in professional auto body shops and detail-oriented DIY applications.
