3M 06220 Stikit Film Disc Roll 360L 5 in P500 Grit 125 Discs

The 3M 06220 Stikit Film Disc Roll 360L is a premium P500 extra-fine grit abrasive disc roll designed for fine sanding on plastics, gel coats, and polyurethane solid surface substrates. Each roll contains 125 pre-cut 5-inch discs on a convenient roll, eliminating the need to remove individual disc liners for faster, more efficient workflow.

Key Features:

• Aluminum oxide abrasive delivers a fast cut rate combined with long-lasting disc life across a wide range of surface types
• Durable 3-mil film backing is tear-resistant and provides a close-tolerance, consistent finish — outperforming standard A-weight paper-backed discs in durability and edge-tear resistance
• Open coat construction reduces loading and promotes a more aggressive, consistent cut without a load-resistant stearate coating
• 3M Stikit PSA adhesive backing allows for quick, tool-free application and clean removal from compatible Stikit backup pads
• Convenient roll format — 125 discs per roll with no individual liners to peel, increasing productivity in high-volume environments
• P500 extra-fine grit — ideal for spot repairs, paint feathering, sanding automotive primer, and finishing plastic parts
• Works well on gel coats, plastics, and polyurethane solid surface materials

The 3M 06220 Stikit Film Disc Roll 360L is suited for applications including automotive finishing, marine gel coat sanding, and body shop spot repairs where a close-tolerance, uniform surface is required. Note: This disc does not contain a load-resistant stearate anti-loading coating and is not recommended for sanding coatings prone to heavy loading.
