ARP 434-2101 is a premium stainless steel intake manifold bolt kit designed for Small Block Chevy engines (265-400 cubic inch displacement) with factory OEM or OEM-style intake manifolds. These high-performance fasteners provide superior strength and reliability for proper intake manifold installation and sealing.

Key Features:

  • 300 Series stainless steel construction rated at 170,000 psi tensile strength—15% stronger than Grade 8 bolts
  • 12-point head design with highly polished finish for show-quality appearance
  • 3/8"-16 thread size, 1.00" length
  • Precision-rolled threads prevent galling and ensure consistent torque loading
  • Wide underhead flange for superior load distribution across gasket surfaces
  • Includes 12 bolts with precision-ground hardened washers (includes four smaller washers for confined bolt areas)
  • Corrosion and heat-resistant for long-lasting performance

These intake manifold bolts facilitate optimum sealing of gasket surfaces and prevent intake manifold leaks. Recommended torque specification is 20 ft-lbs. Anti-seize compound should be used on all stainless steel fasteners during installation.
