Helix Racing Products 526-2000 Exhaust Heat Wrap 2" x 25' Black Fiberglass

The Helix Racing Products 526-2000 is a high-performance exhaust heat wrap designed to insulate exhaust systems and improve engine performance. This black fiberglass wrap measures 2 inches wide by 25 feet long, providing enough material to wrap headers, exhaust pipes, and other high-temperature components on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports applications.

Key Features:

• 2-inch width x 25-foot length provides coverage for most exhaust systems
• Maximum operating temperature rating of 1200°F for extreme heat resistance
• Fiberglass construction insulates exhaust pipes to retain heat inside the system
• Keeps exhaust gases hotter for improved scavenging and performance
• Reduces under-hood or under-seat temperatures by containing radiant heat
• Black finish provides a clean, stealthy appearance
• Promotes more complete fuel combustion for better power output

By maintaining higher exhaust gas temperatures, this wrap helps improve exhaust flow velocity and reduces engine bay heat. The result is better throttle response, increased horsepower, and protection for nearby components from excessive heat. Professional installation is recommended, and stainless steel tie wire or hose clamps should be used to secure the wrap in place.
