WSM 003-502S Jet Pump Wear Ring Drive & Gearcase Parts

The WSM 003-502S is a precision-engineered jet pump wear ring designed to restore optimal performance and efficiency in personal watercraft and jet boat propulsion systems. This critical component creates a tight seal between the impeller and pump housing, minimizing water bypass and maximizing thrust output.

Key Features:

• OEM-style direct replacement design for easy installation
• Available in durable rubber or stainless steel construction
• Stainless steel version features corrosion-resistant sleeve, ideal for saltwater environments
• Restores lost performance caused by worn or damaged wear rings
• Precision tolerances ensure proper impeller clearance
• Helps prevent cavitation and improve fuel efficiency

Regular inspection and replacement of worn wear rings is essential for maintaining peak jet pump performance. Excessive impeller-to-housing clearance reduces water pressure and thrust, resulting in poor acceleration and top speed. The WSM 003-502S provides a cost-effective solution to restore your watercraft's original performance specifications.
