3M 06222 Imperial Stikit PSA Disc Roll 5 Inch P800 Super Fine Aluminum Oxide

The 3M 06222 Imperial Stikit Disc is a 5-inch, P800 super fine grit PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) abrasive disc roll engineered for demanding finishing work on gelcoat and composite surfaces. Built on a durable, tear-resistant film backing, this disc delivers the fastest cut rate and longest service life in the 3M Imperial product line.

Key Features:

• P800 Super Fine Grit – Aluminum oxide abrasive provides aggressive, consistent cutting action for fine finishing and surface refinement
• Strong Film Backing – 3-mil film backing resists tearing and flexing, maintaining a close-tolerance, consistent finish throughout the disc's life
• Stikit PSA Attachment – Pressure-sensitive adhesive backing allows for fast, tool-free disc changes on compatible Stikit backup pads
• Open Coat Construction – Helps reduce loading and maintains cutting efficiency across the disc surface
• Maximum Speed: 12,000 RPM – Safe for use with standard random orbital sanders
• Optimized for Gelcoat – Specifically designed for sanding gelcoat and composite substrates; note: does not contain 3M FreCut technology, so it is not recommended for sanding coatings where loading resistance is required
• Disc Roll Format – 125 discs per roll for high-volume efficiency; 4 rolls per case

This disc is a top choice for marine, automotive, and composite finishing professionals who require a reliable, long-lasting abrasive for gelcoat surface preparation and refinement. Compatible with 3M Stikit backup pads (sold separately).
