3M 55544 Stikit 236U P180 Gold Paper Disc Roll 5 in 100 Discs

The 3M Stikit Paper Disc Roll 236U (MPN 55544) is a premium PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive) abrasive disc roll designed for fast, efficient sanding and finishing across a wide variety of surfaces. Featuring a P180 very fine grit aluminum oxide abrasive on a durable C-weight paper backing, this 5-inch disc roll delivers a consistent, refined finish for paint prep, blending, and surface conditioning tasks.

The convenient roll format provides quick access to each disc and eliminates the need to peel disc liners, saving time during high-volume sanding operations. The PSA backing allows for rapid application and clean removal from any compatible 3M Stikit backup pad (sold separately).

Key Features:

• P180 Very Fine Grit — aluminum oxide mineral abrasive for a smooth, refined finish
• PSA Adhesive Backing — pressure-sensitive adhesive allows quick, tool-free disc changes
• C-Weight Paper Backing — heavy-duty paper resists wear during aggressive sanding applications
• Open-Coat Construction — allows dust to escape, reducing clogging and extending disc life
• Load-Resistant Coating — prevents premature loading when sanding paints, softwoods, and other clogging materials
• 100 Discs Per Roll — high-count roll format reduces changeover time in production environments
• Maximum Speed: 12,000 RPM — compatible with random orbital and orbital sanders
• Gold Color — easy visual identification on the work surface
