Product Details

The AFI RY504-2-30 Marinco Reverse "Y" Adapter is a premium marine shore power solution that allows boaters to draw 50-amp 125/250V power from two separate 30-amp 125V dock receptacles. This intelligent adapter features built-in power isolation circuitry that ensures safe operation—when only one plug is connected to a receptacle, the second plug is automatically isolated so no power flows through it, preventing potential electrical hazards.

Key Features:

  • Dock side: Dual 30-amp 125V locking male plugs (L5-30P configuration)
  • Boat side: Single 50-amp 125/250V female connector (SS2-50R configuration)
  • Integrated power isolation circuitry for enhanced safety
  • Sealing collar system provides weather-resistant protection
  • Heavy-duty marine-grade construction resists corrosion and UV damage
  • Converts two 30A shore power pedestals to single 50A boat inlet
  • Ideal for marinas with limited 50A service availability

This reverse Y adapter is essential equipment for owners of boats with 50-amp electrical systems who need to connect at marinas offering only 30-amp service. The sealing collar system helps protect connections from moisture and environmental exposure, while the marine-grade materials ensure reliable performance in harsh saltwater conditions.
