Product Details

The Ancor 312499 heat shrink ring terminals deliver professional-grade electrical connections for marine, RV, and powersports applications. This 100-piece pack features 12-10 gauge terminals with 1/4" stud size, combining heat-activated adhesive sealing with tinned copper construction for superior corrosion resistance.

Advanced Heat Shrink Technology:

  • Cross-linked polyolefin tubing provides superior strength and won't burn like PVC alternatives
  • Heat-activated adhesive lining creates an impervious seal against salt water, oil, acids, and sunlight
  • Highest shrink ratio available - shrinks to 1/3 of original size for tight, secure fit
  • Activates at 257°F (125°C) for reliable heat shrinking
  • Operating temperature range: -40°C to 110°C

Marine-Grade Construction:

  • Tinned pure copper for maximum current flow and corrosion resistance
  • Brazed seam construction ensures maximum mechanical strength
  • Nylon insulator resists sunlight, water, oil, chemicals, vibration, and cut-through damage
  • UL Listed and CSA Recognized for safety and reliability

Specifications:

  • Wire Gauge: 12-10 AWG
  • Stud Size: 1/4"
  • Quantity: 100 terminals per pack

These terminals provide exceptional strain relief and create watertight connections ideal for harsh marine environments, boat wiring, RV electrical systems, and any application requiring reliable, weather-resistant terminations.
