The Arco Starting & Charging 5377 is a premium original equipment quality replacement outboard starter designed specifically for Mercury and Mariner engines. This starter fits Mercury/Mariner 90-175 HP inline engines and 150 HP V6 models, featuring a 10-tooth drive gear for reliable engine cranking performance.

Superior Corrosion Protection:

Each starter features epoxy powder coating for maximum corrosion protection, making it ideal for harsh marine environments. Motor shafts are induction case hardened at bearing surfaces for superior wear resistance, ensuring long-lasting durability and performance.

Rigorous Quality Testing:

  • All armatures tested to withstand 50 times operation voltage (12V)
  • All motors performance tested at 5 different load levels
  • All motors must meet or exceed OEM performance before being boxed

Direct OEM Replacement:

This starter replaces Mercury part numbers 50-57465A1, 50-57867, 50-72467, 50-898265010, as well as Sierra 18-5636 and 18-5649. Uses DV377 replacement drive gear and SR377 repair kit for serviceability.

Manufactured by Arco Marine, a USA-based company established in 1960 with a reputation for premium quality and reliability in the marine replacement parts industry.

Quick and easy.

I was very happy with Autoplicity and my order of the MMRAD-MIA-90X Mishimoto radiator for my Miata. I am in the process of building a Spec-Miata for racing and trying to keep the costs down. I found Autoplicity to have the best prices on the net. I received the rad real quick. There was a problem with the radiator but the guys at Autoplicity were easy to work with and I am expecting the new radiator in a week or so.
