The Awlgrip G5004 Tint Base Blue (GS) is a premium polyester urethane base component designed for the Awlgrip topcoat system. This professional-grade marine coating serves as the color base (Part A) in Awlgrip's renowned two-component polyurethane topcoat system, delivering exceptional gloss retention and long-lasting color performance for boats and yachts.

Application Notes:

This base component must be mixed with the appropriate Awlgrip converter before application. For spray applications, mix 1:1 by volume with AWL-CAT #2 (G3010) Spray Converter and reduce up to 25% with appropriate thinner. For brush/roller applications, mix 2:1 by volume with AWL-CAT #3 (H3002) Brushing Converter. Designed for above-waterline use only. This is a low-maintenance coating that should not be waxed, buffed, compounded, or polished.
