There were some communication issues at the beginning. Some confusion about order numbers and shipping led to a couple days of going back and forth with them. In the end, they made every effort to make sure I was satisfied and that my order was complete and correct. Extremely cheap price, I bet I saved almost $100 on 4 EBC rotors. I ordered a WeatherTech cargo liner from Autoplicity after finding the product almost $40 cheaper than anywhere else. Usually I'm suspect of the one company with a very low price but the high number of reviews gave me enough comfort to order. The product came in a large box and was shipped for a very reasonable price and arrived in four business days. The product is as described and I couldn't be happier. Quick and easy

The order process was fast and easy. I was able to determine the part I wanted with the help of their sales department. I purchased my H&R lowering springs for less then I could find anywhere else and I also got a great deal on my EBC Green Stuff brake pads. The following day however i noticed a descrepency in my shipping address in the confirmation e-mail they sent me. After being dicsconnected multiple times and at least 6 seperate attempts to reach the shipping department i was finally connected and assured that the information that they had was correct. It did seem like a waste of 45 minutes but at least I know that the parts are going to be delivered to the correct address.
