Blue Sea Systems 2504 Independent Terminal Block 4 Circuit 30A

The Blue Sea Systems 2504 is a fully insulated independent terminal block designed to organize and isolate AC and DC circuits in marine, RV, and automotive applications. This compact terminal block measures just 7/8" wide and provides space to join 4 individual circuits, making it ideal for creating junctions in wiring harnesses or establishing break points when disassembling equipment for transport.

Key Features:

• 4 independent circuits with #8 terminal screws maintain complete isolation between adjacent circuits
• Phenolic base material rated for 600V insulates power from mounting surface
• Nickel-plated brass busbars provide excellent conductivity and withstand high torque connections
• Compact 7/8" width allows installation in tight spaces
• Compatible with optional jumpers to create common circuits when needed
• Backed by Blue Sea Systems lifetime warranty

Technical Specifications:

• Continuous Rating: 30A DC
• Maximum Voltage: 600V AC/DC
• Terminals: 4 positions with #8 screws
• Base Material: Phenolic (600V rated)
• Busbar Material: Nickel-plated brass

Commonly used to extend wiring harnesses, create service disconnection points, or organize multiple circuits in a centralized location. Each circuit remains electrically isolated unless jumpers are added. Optional jumpers for 20A, 30A, and 65A terminal blocks are available separately in packs of 5 to create common circuits when required.
