The Blue Sea Systems 4125 AC Lockout Slide is a critical safety device designed to prevent two AC power sources from being connected simultaneously. When power from multiple sources such as a generator, inverter, or shore power is combined, it creates an extremely dangerous electrical hazard. This sliding lockout mechanism ensures that only one double pole breaker can be switched to the ON position at a time, eliminating the risk of backfeeding or power source conflicts.

Installation is simple and requires no panel modifications. The lockout secures directly to your existing breaker panel using the circuit breaker mounting fasteners, with longer mounting screws included for easy attachment. The slide mechanism can only be moved when both switches are in the OFF position, providing foolproof operation.
