The resonator I ordered arrived at my house slightly bent, but I called Autoplicity and they sent a replacement by next-day-air, so I was happy about that. It's a little hard to reach people there when you need to get a problem resolved, but in the end it all worked out.

My order had a delay. I believe this was due to the fact that it was shipping from the manufacturer so I can't really blame Autoplicity. The customer service team did not originally respond to my first e-mail, but they did respond to me once I opened a dispute in PayPal and the issue was resolved. I couldn't find a better price on the part I ordered though (or anything remotely near that price for that matter).
