This is our second order from Autoplicity. The first one didn't go so well due to a mix up with the Sparco seat pricing. Though I was starting to question our decision to order from them after several emails and phone calls and online chats, they came through in the end. These guys earned our second order by honoring the price they had listed and then calling to follow up when our race seat was shipped. Since this group was able turn our bad experience into a positive one we made our second order and, so far, it looks like they are again getting us what we want at the best price we can find. Autoplicity had the best price on the item I wanted. Order process was a little odd. I didn't get any confirmation of my order being placed. So 2 days later I sent an email asking if they had received it. They answered me very quickly, sent me an order confirmation with tracking number, and it turns out my item had already shipped so I had it the next day. So ordered 5/1 and had it in my hand 5/4.
