The Dinosaur Electronics FAN 50 PLUSPINS is a universal ignitor board with integrated fan control designed for RV furnaces. This microcontrolled board is compatible with Suburban and Atwood/HydroFlame furnaces, replacing both standard 6-pin edge connector and newer 6-pin header style connectors. It can replace OEM boards or be used to upgrade older furnaces to add fan control functionality.

  • Automatic fan shutdown after three failed ignition attempts to prevent battery drain
  • One-hour wait period before retry cycle, then permanent lockout requiring thermostat reset
  • Standard 3-try ignition sequence with local flame sense (20-second delay, 5-second ignition cycles)
  • Diagnostic LED for troubleshooting
  • Replaceable 5-amp automotive fuse for circuit protection
  • Removable jumper for instant fire operation compatibility
  • Superior construction with plated and soldered through-holes to prevent intermittent connections
  • Board dimensions: 3.35" x 4.25"

Compatibility: Replaces Dinosaur's earlier Small and Large fan boards as well as the Fan 50 Plus. Also replaces OEM part numbers 31501, 33488, 37875, 232613, 232614, 520820, and 521099. Maintains backward compatibility with Fan 50 Plus and UIB Fan Control boards available since 1994.

Important: For 12V DC furnaces only. The fan control feature must be used for proper operation of this board. Not compatible with DuoTherm 900 series furnaces with thermostat in ground circuit without rewiring.
