Evercoat 105612 is a quick-curing, two-part expanding polyurethane foam designed for marine and automotive flotation, insulation, and cavity filling applications. This professional-grade foam system offers a 2-pound density that provides excellent structural support and buoyancy while remaining lightweight.
Key Features:
Application: Before mixing, calculate your cavity volume to determine the amount of foam needed. Since this foam expands approximately 25 times its liquid volume, you'll need significantly less material than the final cavity size. Mix equal parts of components A and B thoroughly, then pour into the cavity immediately as curing begins quickly.
This two-part foam system is widely used in boat repairs and construction for flotation chambers, as well as automotive applications where lightweight structural filling or insulation is required.
