The Hubbell HBL328DCR is a purpose-built DC-rated locking receptacle designed specifically for electric fishing reel systems. This innovative solution addresses the longstanding issue where larger electric fishing reel systems had to utilize AC-rated devices because appropriately rated DC systems were not available.
