JJV's Best ALU100-G Aluminum Cleaner is a revolutionary product that is safe and environmentally friendly. This acid-free, biodegradable formula is specifically designed to clean and brighten pontoon tubes and bare aluminum fishing boats without harsh chemicals or scrubbing.

Key Features:

  • Works without scrubbing—just apply an even foam, let sit a few minutes, then pressure wash off
  • Cleans and brightens pontoon tubes or aluminum boats from top to bottom without acids
  • Acid-free, environmentally friendly, and biodegradable formula
  • One gallon covers a 20-foot pontoon with two tubes; 1.5 gallons needed for tri-toon
  • Simple application with Hudson or garden sprayer

Application Instructions:

  • Working from bottom to top, spray pontoon tubes one at a time
  • Allow to dwell on bare aluminum 5 to 10 minutes, keeping all surfaces wet
  • Rinse well with high pressure washer from top to bottom
  • Do not mix with other cleaners as this will neutralize the product

Important Usage Note: This product is designed for bare aluminum only. Not for use on polished, painted, or anodized aluminum.

I was only shipped 1 of the 4 bolts needed to assemble the extension on the unit. Had to scrounge the shop to find more bolts. Assembling the unit in that small space was quite the chore. Although a few negatives, I do have to say I am super impressed with the unit!! Very heavy duty and I now feel very safe in leaving valuables in my truck as long as they are locked up in this!! Very well made!!
