These people are just awesome! I got my Thule Bike Rack for a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else. Shipping was very fast and cheap but when I received it there were a couple of missing hardware parts. Thule wanted to make me ship the whole thing back. Rob Fratu of Autoplicity took control of the situation and got Thule to ship me the missing parts and some extras, all within a couple of days. I cant remember a better experience with a retailer.

This is my second order. Everything was great the first time. Sure it will be this time as well.

Wow!! I came across Autoplicity while searching for a fuel pump for my Trans-Am. Not only did they have the cheapest price for the part, but they also had extremely reasonable shipping cost. Most websites claim to have free shipping but it seemed the cost of shipping was added to the cost of their part. Then I find out my order was processed and shipped within one business day!! Easy shopping experience

I ordered a hitch off of this site for Christmas, I have never heard of it nor did I know how they were, but they are great! Got my package in I'd say 4 days, very fast and it was exactly what I wanted! Only down fall was they charged me 3 times and I was short 150$ for a few days. I got my money back and I would definitely order again.
