The ordering process was easy and the price of the product was fair. I was; however, disappointed with one thing. I received an email from Autoplicity for 25% off shipping but it would not work when I was checking out. I called the customer service number and the gentleman was not helpful at all.

This was my first time buying from Autoplicity. I had never heard of the site but gave it a shot. I ordered an Autometer gauge and pod and paid less than the price of just the gauge at other vendors. The two items shipped a day later (I ordered Sunday, shipped Monday). I have no complaints at this time.

Website was easy to use and like that I could use my amazon account to checkout.

All good so far. Could be a little clearer about if the order will include needed any additionally needed hardware for install.
