Keel Guard 80637 ScuffBuster XL Stainless Steel Bow Guard 9 x 8.75 in

The Megaware KeelGuard ScuffBuster 80637 XL Bow Guard is a heavy-duty stainless steel bow protector designed to shield your boat's gelcoat from the scuffs, scratches, and abrasions caused by trailer rollers. It installs precisely where the trailer's bow roller contacts the hull — one of the most vulnerable and frequently damaged areas on any trailered boat.

Constructed from anti-corrosive, 22-gauge 304 stainless steel with a brilliant mirror-polished finish, the ScuffBuster is built to withstand harsh marine environments while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. The XL size (9" x 8.75") provides expanded coverage and is ideal for double roller trailer applications or larger bow profiles.

Key Features:

• Protects boat gelcoat from trailer roller scuffs and abrasions
• Made from anti-corrosive, 22-gauge 304 stainless steel
• Mirror-polished finish for a clean, custom look
• Flexible design bends to conform to your hull's contour
• Attaches using 3M pressure-sensitive adhesive — no drilling required
• XL size ideal for double roller applications
• Works best on standard V-shaped hulls or bows with minimal curvature
• Compatible with most fiberglass and aluminum boats
• Backed by a one-year limited warranty

Installation is straightforward: bend the guard to match your hull's shape, peel the adhesive backing, press firmly into position, and use a rubber mallet to fully activate the 3M bond. The result is a durable, corrosion-resistant barrier that keeps your bow looking great season after season.
