Very poor info on shipping. Order was sent in 2 separate shipments, but tracking notice indicated everything was sent in one shipment. When I received 1/2 of my order I called & was put on hold for over 20 minutes. The world's WORST music on hold.... Good prices though.

I did not get confirmation of shipment either. Sent email, requesting charge/shipment. I received shippind g confirmation and delivery same day. I made purchase on a Sunday and received item on Wednesday.
