Product Details

The Marshall Excelsior MER426-20P RV Thermo Pigtail provides a safe, wrench-free connection between your RV propane regulator and standard LP gas cylinder. This 20-inch flexible thermoplastic hose is UL and CGA approved, featuring a Female QCC Type 1 connection and 1/4" male NPT fitting with fully crimped brass ferrules on both ends.

Advanced Safety Features:

  • Thermal Protection: Heat-sensitive swivel connector with brass nipple that displaces between 240°F and 300°F, closing the cylinder valve and stopping gas flow
  • Excess Flow Protection: Built-in flow-limiting device senses excessive gas flow and shuts down to a maximum 10 SCFH bypass flow
  • Rated up to 350 PSI working pressure with 400-pound pull test rating
  • 200,000 BTU capacity

This product is required by RVIA (Recreational Vehicle Industry Association) as original equipment on RVs and comes with Marshall Excelsior's limited 5-year warranty. The easy-to-tighten nylon nut eliminates the need for wrenches during installation and provides a secure, leak-resistant connection for safe propane system operation.
