Product Details

The Quicksilver 15768A3 Trim Cylinder Spacer Kit is a genuine OEM Mercury Marine component designed to mechanically limit the maximum upward tilt angle of MerCruiser Alpha and Bravo sterndrive units. By installing these spacers within the power trim cylinder, boaters can precisely control how far the drive tilts up, protecting both the drive and the transom from over-extension.

Key Features:

  • Genuine OEM Quicksilver part — ensures proper fit and durability
  • Constructed from durable black plastic with a horseshoe-shaped design for easy installation around the trim cylinder piston rod
  • Physically limits maximum tilt-up travel of the sterndrive
  • Approximate spacer dimensions: 1-3/8" diameter x 5/8" height each
  • Kit includes two (2) spacers
  • Compatible with MerCruiser Alpha and Bravo sterndrive systems

This trim limit spacer kit is the factory-recommended solution for applications requiring a restricted maximum tilt position. Installation involves raising the drive to the desired tilt limit height and fitting the spacers onto the trim cylinder piston rod — a spanner wrench is recommended for cap removal. Part number also referenced as 15768A 3.

great price

unbelievably quick service and great prices

Some parts have very limited information such as left or right or if ball joint is included and so on, other than that the prices and shipping seem fair and the web site is easy to navigate. Thanks Dave
