The Quicksilver 75692Q03 is an OEM-quality 143°F replacement thermostat kit designed for Mercury and Mariner outboard engines. A faulty or sticking thermostat can cause an engine to run too hot or too cold, robbing it of power and efficiency — this kit restores proper operating temperature and protects engine performance. This kit includes the thermostat and the necessary installation gasket for a complete, straightforward replacement.
