Product Details

The Quicksilver 811639T Distributor Pick-Up Coil is a genuine OEM replacement ignition component engineered for MerCruiser stern drive engines. The pick-up coil (also known as a magnetic pick-up sensor or distributor trigger coil) is a critical part of the distributor assembly, generating the timing signal that tells the ignition system when to fire each cylinder. Replacing a worn or failed pick-up coil restores proper ignition timing and smooth engine operation.

Key Features:

  • Genuine Quicksilver/Mercury Marine OEM part — ensures correct fit and reliable performance
  • Compatible with GM 4-cylinder, V-6, and V-8 engines equipped with Delco HEI (High Energy Ignition) distributors
  • Direct OEM replacement for Mercury Marine part number 811639T
  • Sold as a single unit (quantity: 1)
  • Backed by Mercury Marine's factory warranty against defects in materials and workmanship

This pick-up coil is the correct OEM solution for restoring reliable ignition performance on MerCruiser inboard and stern drive applications running Delco HEI ignition systems. Using a genuine Quicksilver part ensures you receive the exact component specified by Mercury Marine engineering.
