The Quicksilver 815632A02 is a genuine OEM replacement skeg designed for MerCruiser Bravo One and Bravo Three sterndrive lower units. The skeg is the fin-like projection at the bottom of the gear case that protects internal drive components, aids directional stability, and is the first point of contact when striking underwater obstacles. This part restores a damaged or missing skeg to factory-correct form and function.

Precision die cast from 360XK aluminum alloy, this replacement skeg provides stronger, more uniform welds compared to generic alternatives. It is sold as a single unit and includes an installation instruction sheet.

Installation Note: This is a weld-on replacement skeg. Installation must be performed by a certified welder. Transmitting excessive heat to the gear case housing during welding can cause distortion to the gear case bore and is not covered under warranty.
