Product Details

The Quicksilver 86617A20 is an OEM ignition stator assembly designed for use on 6–25 HP Mercury and Mariner 2-cycle outboard motors. As a genuine Quicksilver part manufactured by Mercury Marine, it is produced to meet stringent original equipment manufacturer specifications, ensuring reliable ignition performance and a direct, like-for-like replacement.

The stator is a core component of the outboard's ignition system, generating the electrical charge that powers ignition timing and spark delivery. Replacing a worn or failed stator with the original-spec Quicksilver unit restores proper engine function and protects against misfires, hard starting, and power loss.

Key Features:

  • Includes the stator coil and lead wire harness — everything needed for a complete replacement
  • Identical to the stator assembly originally installed at the factory
  • Engineered and validated specifically for outboard motor applications
  • Manufactured to Mercury Marine OEM specifications for maximum performance and durability
  • Part of the Quicksilver OEM replacement parts line — designed and backed by Mercury Marine

Great prices, fast shipping and kept me informed with several status e-mails. What more could you want.

Simple

nice thanks

Good price, communication good but not great. Shipped promptly.

First I found Autoplicity through The Find, they already had the item discounted, other than all the other online stores where you needed to search for coupon codes. Then the transaction was very simple, they accepted PayPal which was the payment method I wanted to use.<br>I'm very happy with my purchase and the service I got from Autoplicity.

Liked the discounts

Great easy

Purchased a CTEK 7002 battery tender because of how great they work for keeping all the toys charged up over the cold months. Autoplicity had, by far the best price on this product. Couldn't ask for more.

First time shopper: Excellent service and value.

price seems fair and as far as I know the quality of the item is good.
