Product Details

The Quicksilver 883710A01 is an OEM panel mount remote control designed for Mercury and Mariner outboard engines without power trim. Featuring a Gen II lock bar mechanism with a chrome handle, this control mounts flush to the boat's dash or side wall, keeping the cable mechanism neatly concealed behind the boat panel for a clean, professional installation.

Key Features:

  • Panel/flush mount design — exposes only the throttle and shift lever for a streamlined appearance
  • Chrome handle with Gen II lock bar release for precise throttle and shift control
  • Designed for outboard engines without power trim
  • Compatible with Gen II style throttle and shift cables
  • Neutral safety switch leads measure 6-1/2 ft. with bullet connectors
  • Lanyard stop switch leads included with bullet connectors
  • Power trim adapter harness included to convert 3-pin Molex connector to 3-blade Mercury connector
  • Genuine OEM Quicksilver/Mercury part

What's Required for Complete Installation:

  • Separate ignition/choke assembly (not included)
  • Gen II throttle and shift cables (not included)

This control is the ideal OEM replacement or upgrade for boaters running select Mercury and Mariner outboards without power trim. Also known by cross-reference number 710-883710A01. Mercury Marine and Quicksilver products carry a 1-year factory warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
