Quicksilver 96455T18 Outboard Trigger Assembly 6-Cylinder 2-Stroke

The Quicksilver 96455T18 Trigger Assembly is an OEM-specification ignition trigger designed for Mercury and Quicksilver outboard engines. The trigger assembly is a vital component of the outboard's ignition system, working in conjunction with the CDI (Capacitor Discharge Ignition) module to precisely time spark delivery to the engine's cylinders for reliable starting and smooth operation.

Key Features:

• Direct OEM replacement trigger assembly for compatible Mercury and Quicksilver outboard engines
• Ensures precise ignition timing for optimal engine performance and fuel efficiency
• Manufactured to Mercury/Quicksilver quality standards for reliable, long-lasting service
• Replaces worn or failed trigger assemblies that can cause hard starting, misfires, or no-spark conditions
• Plug-and-play fitment — no modification required for compatible applications

A failing trigger assembly can result in intermittent spark loss, rough running, or a complete no-start condition. Replacing it with a genuine Quicksilver 96455T18 restores proper ignition function and protects the longevity of your outboard's powerhead. Always verify compatibility with your specific engine model and serial number before installation.
