The Moeller 020720-00 is a specialized flanging tool designed for creating professional flares on 1-inch outside diameter (OD) drain tubes commonly used in marine fuel and water systems. This essential tool enables proper installation of bilge pump hoses, livewell drains, and other marine plumbing applications by forming a secure flange that prevents hose slippage and ensures watertight connections.
Key Features:
This flanging tool is ideal for boat builders, marine technicians, and DIY boat owners who need to install or repair bilge pump systems, fuel tank vents, livewell plumbing, or any application requiring flanged drain tube connections. The properly formed flange provides a mechanical stop that keeps hoses securely positioned and creates the foundation for a leak-free seal when combined with appropriate marine-grade hose clamps.

My first order did not include all parts. I'm ordering a different part number now. The seller is giving me a discount due to this inconvenience. We will see how it goes.
