The Moeller 033801-10 is a brass anti-siphon valve designed to provide essential fuel system protection on gasoline-powered boats. Anti-siphon valves are required by Federal Law and the United States Coast Guard (USCG) on all permanent fuel tank installations to prevent fuel from siphoning out of the tank in the event of a fuel line rupture or leak.

My only complaint is that the site couldn't identify the size wheel center caps I needed by vehicle type. I had to measure the center hole on my wheels, lucky I'm a tool junky.
