Pacific Industrial 1856E 16-14 AWG .250" Male Quick Disconnect Terminal 100-Pack

The Pacific Industrial 1856E is a non-insulated male quick disconnect terminal designed for reliable, tool-free electrical connections in automotive, marine, powersports, and general wiring applications. Engineered for 16-14 AWG wire, this crimp-style terminal features a standard .250" (1/4") male blade tab that mates securely with compatible .250" female disconnect receptacles.

Key Features:

• Wire Range: 16-14 AWG (1.5–2.5 mm²)
• Tab Size: .250" (1/4") standard male blade
• Non-insulated construction — ideal for use with heat shrink tubing or in applications where external insulation is applied separately
• Butted seam barrel for a strong, consistent crimp
• Tin-plated brass construction for corrosion resistance and reliable conductivity
• Quick push-on mating for fast assembly and easy serviceability
• Pack of 100 terminals

These male disconnect terminals are a staple in electrical harness assembly, control panels, and repair work across automotive, motorcycle, and marine wiring systems. Compatible with standard crimp tools, they provide a low-insertion-force connection with high pull-out retention. The non-insulated style requires only a single crimp onto the wire and is well-suited for high-volume wiring applications where heat shrink or other external insulation is preferred.
