Pacific Industrial 2264A 16-14 AWG Heat Shrink Butt Connector Blue 100-Pack

The Pacific Industrial 2264A is a 16-14 AWG blue heat shrink butt connector designed to create secure, waterproof, and corrosion-resistant wire splices in automotive, marine, RV, and powersports electrical systems. Each connector features a crimp-and-solder-seal design with a dual-wall heat shrink sleeve for a professional-grade connection.

Key Features:

• Wire Gauge: Fits 16–14 AWG (American Wire Gauge) wire — color-coded blue for easy identification
• Seamless barrel construction provides a solid crimp with no barrel splitting under pressure
• Translucent nylon heat shrink sleeve allows visual inspection of correct wire placement before final sealing
• Adhesive-lined inner wall melts and fills voids when heat is applied, creating a watertight, corrosion-resistant seal
• Wire stop prevents over-insertion; flared sleeve opening guides wire in for fast, accurate installation
• 30% faster shrink time compared to standard heat shrink connectors
• Activates at 212°F (100°C) — compatible with standard heat guns
• Sold as a 100-piece package

To install, strip both wire ends, insert one wire into each end of the connector barrel, crimp firmly, then apply heat until the sleeve fully shrinks and the adhesive seals. The result is a permanent, vibration-resistant connection ideal for trailer wiring, lighting circuits, and general automotive or marine electrical repairs. Also sold in 5-piece (2264PT) and 25-piece (2264GT) quantities. OEM cross-reference: Pico 2264A.
