Product Details

The Panther 35SS615 Safe-Skeg is a marine-grade stainless steel skeg guard designed to protect, restore, or dress up the skeg on MerCruiser Bravo I and III inboard/outboard drives (1990 to present). Whether your skeg is brand new and you want to keep it that way, already showing damage from underwater obstacles, or simply looking dull, the Safe-Skeg delivers a brilliantly polished, seamless appearance while adding a tough layer of protection.

Key Features:

  • Constructed from 316 marine-grade stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance in saltwater and freshwater environments
  • 1.5mm material thickness — significantly thicker than competing skeg guards for superior impact protection
  • Brilliantly polished with a seamless design for a clean, professional finish
  • Integrated drain hole prevents moisture buildup, guarding against corrosion and freeze-up
  • Installs in minutes with no special tools required
  • Compatible with most inboard/outboard drives ranging from 30 to 400HP

Kit Includes:

  • Safe-Skeg guard
  • Mounting hardware
  • Allen wrench
  • Loctite 262 thread-locking compound
  • Installation instructions

The Panther 35SS615 Safe-Skeg is the smart choice for boaters looking to safeguard one of the most vulnerable parts of their sterndrive against rocks, sandbars, and debris. UPC: 836125003547.

Fast shipping

Ordered 4 winter tires, which were affordable and in brand new condition. Shipping was fast. 5 star service.

Easy. Simple. Easy to navigate and check out.

Great prices and a surprisingly fast delivery, which despite choosing the most economic choice (2-14 days), I received the items in 5 days - saved more than half in shipping. Great all around experience and great product extremely well packaged. Thank you, folks!
