Panther 550010 Adjustable Stainless Steel Outboard Motor Bracket 10HP 2-Stroke

The Panther 550010 is an adjustable stainless steel outboard motor bracket engineered for reliable performance in both fresh and saltwater environments. Built for 2-stroke auxiliary outboard motors rated up to 10 HP or 80 lbs. maximum weight, this bracket is a durable and corrosion-resistant mounting solution for powerboats and sailboats alike.

Key Features:

• Stainless steel construction — fully non-corrosive for long-lasting freshwater and saltwater use
• 14" of manual lift travel — raise and lower your auxiliary motor without any power required
• Motor pad dimensions: 8.5" x 10.5" x 1.75" for a secure, stable motor mount
• Adjustable setback positions — 7.5" setback in upper position, 9.5" setback in lower position for optimal prop depth and performance
• Compatible with both powerboats and sailboats
• Rated for 2-stroke motors only — not recommended for use with 4-stroke outboard engines

Important Notes: Manual lifting is required to raise and lower the motor. A Panther safety cable (sold separately, part #550415) is strongly recommended for use with this bracket. Do not use with 4-stroke engines.

The Panther 550010 is also referenced as part number 55-0010 and cross-references PAN 550010 and 87-3001. It is an ideal kicker motor bracket for boaters seeking a dependable, low-maintenance stainless steel solution.
