The 20´- 21' Vacation´r fits traditional and 12 volt awnings with vertical arms. Also fits new truss style awning. (** NOTE: SIZE REFERS TO CENTER ARM TO CENTER ARM MEASUREMENT OF AWNING FRAME. FITS AWNING RAIL TO GROUND MEASUREMENTS OF 86" TO 150"**) There are no poles, rafters or permanent fasteners to attach to your coach. The Vacation´r´s innovative design works seamlessly on awnings with a rain-dump feature. This high quality, lightweight room is designed to fit nearly all traditional and 12 Volt patio awnings with an 8´ extension. The door can be installed on the left or right. Includes a one piece vinyl skirt. Fits new truss style awnings. Rain dump works with room attached. Fits in a convenient lightweight storage bag, included. Never any drilling! Simple, easy set-up. Comes with stakes, skirting and wheel well filler. Side panels attach to the awning rail slot and to the awning roller with straps. The front panel slides easily into the extra slot of the awning roller tube. Privacy panels on the outside to keep the rain out. Toggle style attachments secure privacy panels. A tight seal all around helps keep out weather and bugs.

Not sure if they overlooked my order but I didn't get my shipping info (3 days after ordered) until I emailed asking for status update. I received a response the following day and all my items ordered came 2 days later...much faster than I had anticipated considering the "delay" or lack thereof (5 days total). Long story short...items are as described, best prices (from what I can researched online for same items/brand) and resonable shipping prices. the selection and brand(s) offered were somewhat limited for my specific needs, otherwise I would've ordered more.
