The Racor 2000SM-OR is a genuine Aquabloc® replacement filter element that meets all OEM fuel injection system specifications. Engineered to repel water and remove solid contaminants before they can damage precision engine components, this 2 micron element is designed for secondary or final filtration applications in Racor 200 Series Turbine fuel filter/water separator assemblies.

Key Features:

  • Waterproof, rustproof, dirtproof construction
  • Aquabloc® media features a complex, multi-layered blend of high-grade cellulose compounded with synthetic nano-fibers
  • Removes nearly 100% of water along with dirt, gums, varnishes, and particulates from fuel
  • Color coded brown end cap indicates 2 micron filtration rating
  • Replacement elements come with new O-rings and biodiesel-resistant seals
  • Polymer end caps with integrated handles for easy servicing and will never corrode
  • Pop-out filter bypass button in top cap for emergency use if element becomes clogged

The lower the micron rating, the finer the filtration. Lower micron ratings should be considered when there is no additional downstream filtration. The 2 micron rating ("S" designation) is recommended for secondary or final filtration to protect modern diesel engines that demand clean fuel free of water and particulates. Follow your engine manufacturer's recommendation for fuel filter micron rating.

Compatible with Racor 200FG Series Turbine filter assemblies. Ideal for marine, automotive, and industrial diesel applications.
