The Racor P510MAM Multipass Fuel Polisher removes contamination directly at the source—the fuel tank—allowing your diesel fuel system to operate at peak performance. Unlike traditional filtration that only blocks contaminants as they flow to the engine, this system creates a closed-loop circuit that continuously cleans stored fuel, removing water, dirt, rust, and particulate matter before they reach your onboard filters.
How It Works:
The P510MAM is plumbed in a recirculating loop with your diesel fuel tank. Fuel exits the tank and enters the module where a primary 10-micron pleated filter cartridge blocks particle contamination and free water. Contaminants are captured by the media and collected in the metal collection bowl. Clean, dry fuel then passes through the integral brushless pump and flows back to the tank, creating continuous fuel polishing that extends filter life and prevents premature clogging.
