SeaStar Solutions HA5822 High Strength Tiller Bolt Kit 3/8"

The SeaStar Solutions HA5822 is a high-strength tiller bolt kit designed for demanding marine steering applications. This heavy-duty hardware is required for all outboard engines over 300 HP and all boats that are driven aggressively. It's also mandatory for use with all Mercury XS series engines.

Kit Contents:

• One 3/8" x 1-1/4" hex head stainless steel screw
• One 3/8" stainless steel nylock nut

All SeaStar front mount cylinders built after June 15, 2007 include this high-strength bolt in the box. This critical hardware serves as the primary connection point between high-horsepower outboard engines and the steering cylinder mechanism. The stainless steel construction and nylock nut design ensure secure, corrosion-resistant performance in harsh marine environments. This kit is compatible with SeaStar HC5345 front mount steering cylinders.
