The Seastar Solutions HC5358-3 Front Mount Hydraulic Outboard Steering Cylinder offers excellent resistance to repeated compression set and is designed to better withstand the harsh marine environment. Specifically designed for Yamaha applications where it is necessary to mount the steering cylinder underneath the steering arm, this cylinder represents a significant upgrade over previous models with improved styling, enhanced durability, and advanced sealing technology.

  • 8.34 cubic inch fluid volume (136.6cc)
  • Overall dimensions approximately 21-3/4 inches wide, 4-7/8 inches deep, 2-5/8 inches high

The HC5358-3 Steering Cylinder is ideal for outboard powered boats like center console, offshore fishing, bass boats, and flats boats. Suitable for single engines up to 350 HP/75 MPH, dual engines up to 600 combined HP/55 MPH, and triple engines (with one counter-rotating) up to 900 combined HP/55 MPH. No adapter plates required—the cylinder bolts directly to virtually any Yamaha outboard engine. Replaces Teleflex HC5358 with improved ORB fittings.
