Seastar Solutions HF5501 Hydraulic Steering Add-A-Station Fitting Kit for Outboard

The Seastar Solutions HF5501 is a comprehensive fitting kit designed to add a second steering station or autopilot pump to an existing SeaStar hydraulic outboard steering system. This kit provides all the essential fittings and tubing needed to expand your boat's steering capabilities without replacing the entire system.

Kit Includes:

• 2 tee fittings (1 end 3/8" tube male, 1 end 1/4" NPT male, center 3/8" tube male)
• 4 connector fittings (3/8" tube male to 1/4" NPT male)
• 4 tube nuts for 3/8" diameter tubing
• 1 non-vented filler plug
• 25 feet of SeaStar 3/8" diameter nylon tubing for the compensating line

Application: This fitting kit is specifically designed for SeaStar/Teleflex outboard steering systems plumbed with 3/8" diameter nylon or copper tube. The kit utilizes SeaStar's standard 3/8" compression fittings with 9/16"-24 extra fine thread. Note that some additional parts supplied with the helm pump will be reused during installation.

Important: The HF5501 is for outboard applications only and must be used with SeaStar outboard steering hose. The 3/8" nylon tubing is to be used for the compensating line only. Do not cut SeaStar outboard hoses during installation.
